Mark Twain Behavioral Health (MTBH) is a private not-for-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving our community of Northeast Missouri since 1975. In July 2021, Turning Point Recovery Centers joined our team. This addition has allowed us to broaden our array of services and increased our community footprint. MTBH provides a wide range of services for youth, adults, couples, and families.

New Horizons is a not-for-profit community mental health center, providing specialized Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP) services to adults with severe and persistent behavioral health issues in Cole County and Boone County, Missouri. Open Access: To be connected with behavioral health services at Compass Health, you can walk-in to the Berrywood Clinic anytime Mon-Fri 8 AM- 4 PM for an initial assessment (entrance located in the back of the building). This is a thorough intake process and can take up to an hour.
NAVIG8 Adolescent Treatment Program: outpatient program for adolescents and families whose lives have been impacted by the use of alcohol and/or other substances. The program serves adolescents ages 9 through 17 and is structured to meet the specific needs of each person and his or her family. The entrance is located in the front of the building.

McCambridge welcomes women ages 18 and older who are living with a substance use disorder; offering an array of comprehensive services on a residential and outpatient basis, including:
- An RN on staff to assist with a gender specific need, including pregnancy;
- Parenting classes;

Inpatient programming is provided in a safe, comfortable, and health environment.
