New Horizons is a not-for-profit community mental health center, providing specialized Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CPRP) services to adults with severe and persistent behavioral health issues in Cole County and Boone County, Missouri. We also have a homeless outreach program in Boone County.
Services include:

Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders
Healthcare Home
Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centers (PSRCs)
Residential Services for CPRP eligible consumers in Jefferson City and Columbia
Melody House Residential Care Facility- Jefferson City
Harambee House Residential Care Facility- Columbia
PATH Homeless Services- Boone County
