Love Columbia is hiring a Path Forward Advisor who is responsible for performing intake assessments with clients, determining goals and action steps, coordinating information, connecting clients with Love Columbia’s programs, making appropriate referrals to community programs and services, and providing clients ongoing case management and support from a strength-based, person-centered perspective.
