Love Columbia is looking for a Connections Specialist to work within our Connections Program to respond to all incoming requests for assistance and to provide service coordination after participants have been screened and enrolled in the Connections program. The response could include: a consultation to offer information or community referral, referral to a Love Columbia program or provision of a single service that requires an immediate response. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office and database software, is needed.

Love Columbia is hiring a Path Forward Advisor. The Advisor serves in the Path Forward program. The primary responsibilities of the Advisor are performing intake assessments with clients, determining goals and action steps, coordinating information, connecting clients with Love Columbia’s programs, making appropriate referrals to community programs and services, and providing clients ongoing case management and support from a strength-based, person-centered perspective. Advisors report directly to the Path Forward Program Manager.
