My Life Clinic is a nonprofit pregnancy care center that provides free services and support to women and families facing unexpected or unsupported pregnancies. Our licensed medical staff provides free pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, and STI testing & treatment. DAV operates a fleet of vehicles around the country to provide free transportation to and from VA medical facilities for injured and ill veterans. The National Consumer Law Center’s Working Cars for Working Families program serves as a support system for low-income families and the charities that help those families with transportation.

How do they help?

A portal is a way for a patient to access their medical records.

Benefits of using a portal include:

• Messaging your provider about medical questions
• Requesting refills of medications
• Managing appointments
• Reviewing test results and clinic notes
• Sharing medical information with outside providers

MU Health Care, Boone Health, and many individual clinics will give their patients access to their medical records. However, it can take a bit of work to set up access to a portal. You should set up access to your portal before you need it.

YouCanQuit.org has information related to each stage of quitting, according to a news release from the department. The website provides teen vaping resources, information about incentives for quitting while pregnant, information about vaping and environmental impacts, and information about how to help a friend quit.
