Hot Meals + Ways to Get Fed. Providing FREE HOT MEALS IN THE PARK! Flyer 9-24-25
We’re a group of happy volunteers who enjoy cooking & bringing free hot meals to area parks several times a month, for anyone who’s hungry.
We come from all faiths and belief systems, and purposely don’t talk about religion so all can feel comfortable at our Neighborhood Table.
We never ask for ID, or check personal details. Not our our business, we’re your neighbors.
We source free food from area grocery stores and our #1 Nationwide award-winning Farmer’s Market that would only be landfilled, Then our cooks turn it into delicious meals for our neighbors.
We love to feed folks, and here, in our town, no one goes hungry if we can help it.
We cook food FRESH in our own homes before our Meals, and by bulk in a church kitchen once a month, so there’s nothing that’s sat on a shelf for years.
We package it all up & bring it to the Gazebo at Flat Branch Park in Columbia, to share with whoever shows up. It's always a party!

Obtain your FICO score for Free
Content added July 23, 2025
You can obtain your FICO score for free directly from MyFICO.com( this provides your score from Equifax, not a full credit report). Beyond just the score, their website offers fantastic educational resources to help you understand credit better.
A FICO Score is a three-digit number based on the information in your credit reports. It helps lenders determine how likely you are to repay a loan. This, in turn, affects how much you can borrow, how many months you have to repay, and how much it will cost (the interest rate).
When you apply for credit, lenders need a fast and consistent way to decide whether or not to loan you money. In most cases, they'll look at your FICO Scores.

When to use the emergency room - adult: MedlinePlus Medical Encyclopedia
Content added June 25, 2025
Whenever an illness or injury occurs, you need to decide how serious it is and how soon to get medical care. This will help you choose whether it is best to:
Call or contact your health care provider
Go to an urgent care clinic
Go to an emergency department right away
It pays to think about the right place to go. Treatment in an emergency department can cost 2 to 3 times more than the same care in your provider's office. In addition, your health insurance may require you to pay a higher copayment for care in an emergency department. Think about this and the other issues listed below when deciding.
