Access Arts
Content updated Nov. 10, 2025
Open to people of all ages, abilities, and economic circumstances, Access Arts is committed to providing creative learning experiences for everyone.
We offer weekly classes in a variety of fine art and traditional crafts media, including ceramics (both hand-building and wheel thrown pottery), weaving, and spinning. Each session lasts six weeks, with a roughly two-week break to re-set our studios between sessions. Studios are available for advanced students to work independently, and we offer a variety of one-time workshops throughout the year.
We host eight weeks of summer camp designed for working families, with dropoff as early as 7:45am and pick up at 5pm. We also offer day-long camps when Columbia Public Schools are closed for teacher workdays and spring break.
