Insurance-free Direct primary care for the whole family with membership. Same and next day appointments available for urgent concerns. In-person, phone, email, text or video chat communication are available with zero copays. Includes preventive care, common illnesses, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, colds, infection, laceration repair, skin lesion removal and biopsies. Offers most common generic medications and lab work at wholesale cost. Monthly memberships are $29 ages 0-18, $59 ages 19-44, $79 ages 45-64, $100 ages 65 and up.

Big Tree is a primary care medical practice for all ages. They take most insurance plans, with the exception of Medicare, Medicaid and MU Custom Network. The cost without insurance is $55/month for a virtual plan or $70/month for an unlimited in-person and virtual plan. They can help with primary care, chronic disease management, urgent care, mental heath and more. They also have low cost health plans for individuals and businesses that need health plans.
