Direct Care is a monthly subscription-based program that offers well-child care, sick visits, mental health care, chronic disease management, in office procedures, in-office labs, after hour care, and 24-7 telephonic clinical advice. Vaccinations are included for uninsured patients.

Insurance-free Direct primary care for the whole family with membership. Same and next day appointments available for urgent concerns. In-person, phone, email, text or video chat communication are available with zero copays. Includes preventive care, common illnesses, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, colds, infection, laceration repair, skin lesion removal and biopsies. Offers most common generic medications and lab work at wholesale cost. Monthly memberships are $29 ages 0-18, $59 ages 19-44, $79 ages 45-64, $100 ages 65 and up.
