Insurance-free Direct primary care for the whole family with membership. Same and next day appointments available for urgent concerns. In-person, phone, email, text or video chat communication are available with zero copays. Includes preventive care, common illnesses, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, colds, infection, laceration repair, skin lesion removal and biopsies.
With the most common generic medications, we now include @150 at no additional charge (free with the membership). We also offer a complete healthcare plan that is typically 30-45% less than traditional insurance.
Also, our monthly membership fees are listed below:
Ages 0-18 is $35/month with at least one adult membership
Ages 19-44 is $65/month
Ages 45+ is $85/month
