Through the City of Columbia Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) has received funding to provide financial assistance to qualified residence who reside within the boundaries of the City of Columbia.
Program Eligibility Eligible families must meet income guidelines. Supports rental & mortgage assistance including past due balances, deposits & future rent payments with the goal of housing stability. To qualify you must have proof of income documentation & proof of life for those in the household. A proof of lease or mortgage is required. Households that qualify must reside within the boundaries of the City of Columbia. Income Guidelines
