ParentLink provides statewide, cost-free parenting support by masters-level professionals who are real people that care. The entry to point to ParentLink services is the WarmLine, where we provide listening support, evidence-based information, connection to vetted resources. From the WarmLine, families may be referred to our specialists in Early Childhood and Kinship Care arrangements, or an Access Navigator. Our Access Navigators help families navigate barriers to health and well-being to connect with services/supports that are already out there for them.
ParentLink helps parents and kinship caregivers get what they need to succeed and thrive as a family! No question is too small, and no problem is too big. ParentLink is available WHEN parents need us (8 am – 5 pm on weekdays, noon to 5 pm on weekends) and HOW parents need us (by phone, text messaging, email, or social media). There’s never a charge for ParentLink assistance, and translation services are available. All who reach out to ParentLink are greeted with kindness, respect, and a judgment-free problem-solving approach.
ParentLink is cost-free and available to all Missouri parents and caregivers. Link to brochure.
