Extra Mile is a financial coaching program for those who are struggling with their financial situation. So I was familiar with Love Inc and was impressed that they didn’t just hand out cash or food but got involved with people’s lives to help them get on their feet and continue to get on their feet.

I was going to get married, but then the relationship fell apart, and I was devastated. I didn't know what to do with the pain, so I turned to addictions to numb the agony. It spiraled out from there. I lost my house, my car, my friends, my family, everything. I was angry with God. I thought my addiction was helping me cope, but it was actually destroying me.

At Love INC we believe a need can be a door to a relationship and that investing inrelationships leads to a better life. We say it’s best to give someone a fish, teach someonehow to fish, and show someone how to use a net to safeguard the catch!This is a story about three men who reached out to help and be helped.
