The City of Columbia has a budget billing program that is available to all City of Columbia utility customers. The Budget Billing program helps customers even out their energy costs by paying the same amount each month.
Utility deposit information: Check here for info on beginning services for new customers. Also, information on deposits and fees.
Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM. Drive Thru and Drop Box are located behind the building.

Boone Electric will allow for extensions on your utility bill. They also offer Auto Pay and Prepaid Billing.
