This is Quitting is a free and anonymous text messaging program from Truth Initiative designed to help young people quit vaping. The first-of-its-kind quit program incorporates messages from other young people like them who have attempted to, or successfully quit, e-cigarettes.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has launched a website designed to help people quit tobacco. YouCanQuit.org has information related to each stage of quitting, according to a news release from the department. The website provides teen vaping resources, information about incentives for quitting while pregnant, information about vaping and environmental impacts, and information about how to help a friend quit.

Nicotine Anonymous ("NicA") is a non-profit 12-step fellowship of men and women helping each other live nicotine-free lives. Nicotine Anonymous welcomes all those seeking freedom from nicotine addiction, including those using cessation programs and nicotine withdrawal aids. The primary purpose of Nicotine Anonymous is to help all those who would like to cease using tobacco and nicotine products in any form. The Fellowship offers group support and recovery using the 12 Steps as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to achieve abstinence from nicotine.

Quit tobacco now is a program of Ellis Fischel and offers free support for individuals interested in quitting tobacco use. Free and open to anyone 18 and over within Missouri. Virtual via zoom.
The group meets Tuesday evening from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm via zoom. Email responses are 1 - 2 business days at quitnow@health.missouri.edu.
