Caring Hearts and Hands of Columbia

Caring Hearts and Hands of Columbia is Mid-Missouri's end-of-life home. Guests are cared for 24/7 by our team of caregivers composed of both volunteers and paid staff. Our services are provided free of charge, and families never receive a bill for our services. Partnering with the guest's hospice company, CHHC's caregivers care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our guests and their families. These needs are met with compassion, love, and respect.
Hours: M-F; 8:30a-4:30p. We are a 24/7 operation, however inquiries regarding admissions and our program should only be directed to the operations manager during M-F office hours.

COMO Mobile Aid Collective is dedicated to providing Columbia, Missouri’s citizens experiencing homelessness with resources, care, and respect. We partner with community volunteers and other organizations to provide meals, water, survival supplies, hygiene items, basic medical care, limited pet care, advocacy, and more. Our work is ever-evolving as we attempt to fill the local service gaps and ease the suffering of others through direct and timely aid.

M.A.R.C.H. Inc [Mediation Achieving Results for Children] is a nonprofit 501(c)3 serving Missouri and Kansas. M.A.R.C.H. Inc. has provided trusted family mediation services since 1997, helping parents resolve custody, parenting plan, and child support matters with less conflict and more collaboration. Originally established through Missouri’s IV-D program, M.A.R.C.H. has grown into a resource for families in both Missouri and Kansas. Today, we continue that mission by offering professional, court-approved mediation services that support families through life’s most challenging transitions.
Eligible families in Missouri can receive up to four hours of free mediation per year. Families that are eligible for free mediation are also eligible for free legal services to assist with court document filing, and supervised visitation services. Mediation is available in-person, by phone, or by virtual methods. Eligibility is not determined by income. If you have an active IV-D (child support) case through the state of Missouri, you can qualify for free services. We'll check your status for you!

As The River Flows has several components. Emergency Food assistance, clothing assistance and local agencies networking to assist families to reach the resources that are in the community and surrounding areas.
Milestones Daycare is designed to meet the child-care needs of low-income families as well as those from a broad financial spectrum. Milestones also has a pre-school curriculum in place to prepare children for school.
Women in Need of Getting Shelter (WINGS) is a domestic violence program. We provide shelter services, counseling, group therapy, case management, child care and legal advocacy services.

The pick-up locations stay the same. If no rider is present, the bus trip is not made. If there is a rider, the trip gets made.
The shuttle does not run in inclement weather.
