The Certified Nursing Assistant program prepares individuals for employment in a long-term care facility, as well as work for home health care agencies, hospitals, doctor’s offices, private pay services, and many other employers.

The Practical Nursing Program is offered at three locations: the Moberly campus; the Mexico campus; and the Columbia Area Career Center in Columbia, MO. Highway/Heavy Construction Trades-Job Point
The Highway/Heavy Construction (HHC) certificate program utilizes a curriculum from the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Students complete 16 weeks of formal training, which includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training with an optional internship. Mechatronics Certificate-MACC
MACC’s Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechatronics prepares students to be electrical and mechanical technicians who can troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment for today’s highly integrated and automated manufacturing facilities. Intermediate Construction Trades-Job Point
The Intermediate Construction Trades (ICT) certificate program consists of two (2) courses. In order to graduate from the program, both ICT Introductory Craft Skills (4 weeks) and ICT Carpentry Fundamentals – Level 1 (12 weeks) must be completed. Construction trades provide a great career opportunity. With the rapidly aging construction workforce getting ready to retire, many employers are in dire need of individuals entering the trade.
Certified Medication Technician-MACC
Moberly Area Community College offers Certified Medication Technician training. The CMT program prepares individuals for employment in an intermediate care or skilled care nursing facility. The program is designed to teach skills in administration of non-parenteral medications that will qualify students to perform this procedure to assist licensed practical nurses or registered professional nurses in medication therapy.
Clinical Medical Assistant-Bell-Brown
The Clinical Medical Assistant program consists of 240 clock hours of lecture and lab classes. A two-week externship is required to complete the program successfully. This certificate-level program is completed in 20 weeks total The CCMA program provides students with the knowledge and clinical skills necessary to enter the healthcare field as a Clinical Medical Assistant.
