We've been providing public health services to your family and all residents of Phelps and Maries Counties since 1986. The work we do impacts every person in our community every day. We focus on population health, not individual care like a doctor or hospital provides. Our goal is to build an environment in which everyone can live their healthiest life. That means assuring clean air and water, safe healthy food, no disease spread, opportunities to exercise, and access to preventive and responsive medical care. We know we can't do this alone. We depend on many local, regional, and state partners to help us assure a healthy community for everyone.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Closed weekends, state, and federal holidays.
