When a family contacts us with a specific need, we use a whole family approach and work with these families to provide support for any additional needs by referring them to other programs offered. Head Start, child/family services, life skills, budgeting classes, housing/rental assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, and other programs.

NAMI Jefferson City is a mental health non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with mental health conditions and their families in the Jefferson City, MO area. NAMI Jefferson City provides in-person NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups and NAMI Family Support Groups.
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups are free, peer-led support groups for adults who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. In-person support groups do not require advanced registration, but we recommend you contact namijcmo@gmail.com to confirm the group is still meeting.

Food distribution is held on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 8-10 a.m. When the food truck comes, our volunteers gather it up with equal amounts and load the cars that come with the food.
