An accountability and recovery group for men 18 and up struggling with pornography, lust, masturbation and other forms of habitual sexual behavior and want to be free from the damaging effects of sexual brokenness and addiction.
Living Waters

An in-depth, Christ-centered program for people seeking healing in areas of relational and sexual brokenness. Living Waters is a 20-lesson program taught in a closed-group format. Cost is $180. All participants need to complete an application and go through an interview.
Mothers of Multiples
Monthly Meetings, which include guest speakers, open discussion and sharing. We provide plenty of time to chat with others over snacks. We also offer childcare, with advance notice.
The Connection

The Connection has a focus helping those who grieve. A special focus is with those who have children (of any age) who have passed away. And, a focus with those who have had a spouse pass away.
In addition, The Connection has a special focus of providing Mental Health Life Coaching.
The Connection also provides a separate professional mediation (conflict resolution) program .

Seeds of Promise

Seeds of Promise is a 10-week program for infants through 5-year-olds that runs twice a year for the children during Women’s Bible Study classes. It is not currently in session. The Spring session will begin in mid-February. Contact Kayla Fischer for more information.

Women’s Recovery Support Group

The Crossing sponsors a women's addiction recovery support group that meets weekly at the church. This group supports women as they seek to overcome compulsive or addictive behaviors like alcohol or drug use, serial dating, pornography or other habitual, self-destructive behaviors. GriefShare

GriefShare is a 12-week support group that uses a curriculum developed by Church Initiative, a non-profit organization that specializes in equipping churches to minister to those in pain and grief. GriefShare uses a Christ-centered approach specifically designed to help those who have lost a loved one to death cope with the loss and find healing and peace.

We provide one on one peer counseling, support groups, bible studies, prayer groups, one on one prayer and educational opportunities in a caring, non-judgemental atmosphere to women in Columbia and the surrounding areas.

Moving Ahead Program - After School and Summer Program

The Moving Ahead Program is a high-quality, state-licensed, after-school, and summer program in the J.W. “Blind” Boone Community Center that provides an effective mix of one-on-one tutoring and fun cultural and physical activities for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade. MAP offers wrap-around services, including an extensive family development and education program, to ensure that the student and the whole family can build healthy social connections, overcome personal barriers, and grow!

Jumpstart
Children 3-5 years of age, not enrolled in kindergarten, are eligible to participate.

Jumpstart is a free kindergarten readiness program that helps prepare children to enter school ready to succeed. Children are matched with a Jumpstart member for one-to-one tutoring in a fun, safe, active learning environment. Children read books, sing songs, and explore new ideas focused on building their language, literacy, social and emotional skills. Children selected for enrollment attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays, October through May. Children may arrive as early as 3:00PM but must check-in by 4:00PM to enroll. Tutoring sessions end at 5:45PM. Jumpstart is not a drop-in program. Children selected for enrollment attend tutoring sessions each Tuesday and Thursday.
