Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. If you pay the fee at our office in cash, check, or money order form, the application fee is $40. If you submit an application online, the application fee is $25. You must provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. If you do not have 3 years of rental history, please list where you lived (whether it be with family, homeowner, college dorms, sorority/fraternity house, etc). You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income.

We do work with a pricing management system to control our rent prices. They will fluctuate day to day, depending on several factors such as supply, demand, availability, and general market conditions. Currently, our 1 beds are starting around $1009/mo and our 2 beds are ranging between $1029-$1066/mo, while we primarily are made up of 2 beds with only 11 one beds on property.
Security deposit is based on the credit screening and last 2 years of payment history. If required, the security deposit is $1000. Standard criminal background check is conducted. 2 pets maximum are permitted. $200 non-refundable pet fee is required, in addition to $25/month pet rent per pet. We do bill back for water/sewer usage, which varies based on the usage and number of occupants in each apartment. Electric, trash and gas (for heat only) are the tenants responsibility to set up and pay directly to the provider.
We have a $50 application fee (per applicant 18+ years old) and $200 administration fee (per apartment) required at the time of application.
