City of Refuge’s Career Empowerment Services are designed to support refugees as they pursue meaningful, long-term employment and professional growth. Through personalized guidance, participants receive help with setting career goals, transferring prior education and work experience to their new home, building resumes, preparing for interviews, and navigating the U.S. workplace. Our approach goes beyond immediate job placement by focusing on skill development, career advancement, and access to education or training opportunities.
