NFLB- youth with chronic, violent, delinquent behavior and youth with serious emotional problems, including: history of problem sexual behaviors, youth preparing for return home from residential treatment programs, truancy and academic problems, aggressive behavior (fighting and property destruction) and criminal behavior.
