FACE's mission is to improve access to high quality social, emotional, and behavioral health services for Boone County youth (ages 0 to 19) and their families. Our case management services are free of charge and help families connect with meaningful resources for their child and family.

Services are provided via phone and/or zoom within the hours of Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  To best contact FACE to receive support and/or refer a family, please call us at (573) 771-3223.
