NAMI Columbia is dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with mental health conditions and their families in the Columbia, MO area. NAMI Columbia provides in-person NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups and NAMI Family Support Groups.
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups are free, peer-led support groups for adults who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.
