Agency and Church Referrals to Love Columbia
Agencies and churches can use this form to submit referrals to Love Columbia programs and services or call 573-256-7662 option 2. If you have questions about referral eligibility, please email referral@lovecolumbia.org.
Throughout the month of April, Love Columbia will be pausing the acceptance of new requests for assistance, including referrals from our church and agency partners, as we complete a planned upgrade to our internal systems. The last day we are able to accept referrals is Friday, April 4. We anticipate reopening for referrals on Monday, May 4.

Many people come to us needing help right away. We also want to help plan for what comes next.
About Financial Help Requests
Love Columbia receives many requests for financial help, and we are limited in how many we can handle at one time. If a referral includes a request for financial help, a team member will reach out to complete a screening to learn more about the situation. They may ask questions or request paperwork.
Sometimes we can help with a bill. Other times, we may offer coaching, classes, or other support to help prepare for the next month .
What Happens Next
After submitting your referral, our goal is to respond to new inquiries within 3 business days. Our team will review it and follow up as quickly as possible. We may not be able to meet every request, but we will respond with care and concern.
