Our trained and licensed Healthcare Advocates offer the following free services:
One-on-one enrollment assistance for the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicaid and Medicare
Post-enrollment assistance with using your health coverage
Healthcare Advocates can meet with individuals in: Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Moniteau and Osage counties.
Appointments can be made to meet Healthcare Advocates in any CMCA office, local library, or public location where Wi-Fi is available. Appointments can also be made for in-home visits on a case-by-case basis.

Missouri residents who are 65 years or older (or under 65 and receiving disability benefits) can enroll in Medicare or switch Medicare plans during the Medicare Open Enrollment Period, which runs from October 15 to December 7. If you would like assistance with open enrollment, contact the Missouri State Health Insurance Assistance Program.
