Services Offered:
Behavioral Health Services including:

· Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Treatment for Adults and Adolescents (NAVIG8 adolescent program located upstairs)
· Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP)
Open Access: To be connected with behavioral health services at Compass Health, you can walk-in to the Berrywood Clinic anytime Mon-Fri 8 AM- 4 PM for an initial assessment. This is a thorough intake process and can take up to an hour.
The Berrywood clinic has two entrances:
- The entrance on the front of the Berrywood building is the entrance for the youth NAVIG8 program.
- The one on the back side of the building is actually the "main" entrance and is where adults present for their appointment or for Open Access.
NAVIG8 Adolescent Treatment Program: outpatient program for adolescents and families whose lives have been impacted by the use of alcohol and/or other substances. The program serves adolescents ages 9 through 17 and is structured to meet the specific needs of each person and his or her family. Our treatment program focuses on the special needs of adolescents, recognizes each individual’s needs, is client-driven, and challenges youth to achieve success in family relationships, academic performance, decision making, communication, and recovery maintenance.
