The tablet program is a partnership with SWA Connect. SWA Connect is a program for individuals to receive a free Android 10.1 tablet and internet for five years.

If a client does not already have a Lifeline phone or any other Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) benefits, they can sign up for the program and receive a free tablet and internet for five years. This program is for families at 200% FPL and/or receiving public assistance benefits (SNAP, WIC, TANF, etc). Families who apply for the program will receive an Android 10.1 tablet. Once the five years is up, they get to keep the tablet, but the internet will expire. There is not currently a deadline for us to register families for the program.
