Family community 1 and 2 bedroom units starting at $803. Some section 8 vouchers accepted. Will verify all income and asset sources for each adult household member. This includes all SSD or SSI payments (even to a parent for a child), child support, alimony, pensions, earned income, bank accounts, real estate and any other asset or income. Previous convictions for violence or drug related felonies are denials and are life-time considerations. Applicant will be denied if a rental or utility bill is currently due.
