Requests for assistance are accepted on Mondays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Because of the high volume of neighbors we are currently serving, our team is only able to receive a limited number of new requests for assistance each week. To provide prompt service to our neighbors, we take new assistance requests when we are able to respond to new inquiries in no more than 3 business days. We look forward to learning about your needs and will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
