Habitat Homeownership Application Session

Love Columbia is hosting a Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Application Help Session on Saturday, March 22, from 10:00am-12:00pm at Love Columbia (1209 E Walnut).

About the Session: Application help sessions are for families to get an overview of how the Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program works and give families time to have questions about their application answered or need help filling out the application. Limited seating will be available so please let us know who all will be coming with you. 

If you would like to turn in your application at the help session, below are things you need to know:

  • Income for 3 Years: Wages, Disability, etc.

  • Hourly/monthly income: Pay stubs, disability/social security/food stamp/ Section 8 award letters, child support, etc. 

  • Debts: monthly payment and total amount owed- credit card, carl loan, school loan, medical debt- everything you owe

  • Drivers license/social security number

  • Credit score or $25: credit karma, banking/credit card app, printed from Love Columbia. Habitat will run a credit check for you if you do not have access to your own credit score. The Habitat credit check will cost $25. Cash, check, money order- no card payments
