The Columbia/Boone County Public Health & Human Services Medication and Medical Supplies Assistance program, provides limited assistance with prescription medications and medical supplies for eligible Boone County residents. The program allows up to $350 total/year per person can be used for both prescribed medical equipment OR prescriptions (no longer separate funds for each).

Provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings throughout Missouri, for women ages 35-64 and who's household income is at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level and does not have insurance which covers the program's services. Live Well by Faith is designed to address the unique health related needs of African Americans in the Columbia community.
