Both the University and the State require you to apply online, so if you don’t have a computer you may use the computers at Daniel Boone Regional Library, located at Broadway and Garth. You will need a library card which is free, and you will have one hour of use per day (sometimes when they are not too busy, you can ask for more time). You can sign for a library card in person at the library.
Please note that in order to apply online for jobs you will need to have an email account set up. If you already have an email account you want to make sure that your email address sounds professional. It is also best to not have your birth date or date of graduation as a part of your email address.
