Grade A Plus provides one-to-one and small group academic support services for students in K-2nd grade, 3rd-8th grade and 9th-12th grade. GAP partners with community educators and the University of Missouri, to provide tutors, mentors, and enrichment leaders to work with youth. Both graduate and undergraduate students with concentrations in Education, Human Development, Math, and STEM related majors support the learning needs of students enrolled. Services are on-site and through Zoom.

The Enrichment and Mentoring Programs aim to provide quality activities for students that are enrolled in the academic support program to boost their out-of-school exposure to a variety of experiences that can contribute to their learning and success in and out of school. Programs range from robotics and engineering to creative arts and physical activity such as swimming, dance, skating and more. The Mentoring Program provides Positive Youth Development activities for 3-8th grade levels, and the Employment Opportunity Program (EOP) for 9th-12th graders. Services are on-site and through Zoom.

Within the Family Support Program, families enrolled in the Grade A Plus, Inc. program can receive additional benefits through the Family Leader Initiatives that include family leader support activities, school advocacy, monthly food box support, and transportation support for their children to participate in the program. Services are coordinated with Family leaders schedules and availability.
