Transformational Housing is a Christian ecumenical non-profit organization seeking to provide quality, affordable rental housing in Jefferson City. We seek to cultivate relationships of encouragement and accountability to lead to life change within the context of rental housing. We work in partnership with Common Ground Community Building and River City Habitat for Humanity.

Our Purpose:

• To provide quality affordable apartments for low income families that will develop self-sufficiency through accountable relationships.

OUR STRATEGY:

• Transformational Housing will work in partnership with existing organizations and churches to provide temporary, below-market cost apartments ,while families work toward self-sufficiency.
