Minimum monthly income from all sources and household members is 2X monthly rent ($682 X 2= $1,364) Maximum annual income does depend on the number of household members, but for a single person it is currently $44,460.
Hanover Estates 2: 2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex starting from $848 All household members must have a disability. Minimum monthly income from all sources and household members is 2X monthly rent ($848 X 2= $1696) Maximum annual income does depend on the number of household members, but for a single person it is currently $44,460.
Hanover Estates 3: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex starting from $853. All household members must have a disability. Minimum monthly income from all sources and household members is 2X monthly rent ($853 X 2= $1,706) Maximum annual income does depend on the number of household members, but for a single person it is currently $44,460.
Hanover Gardens: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex starting from $871. All household members must have a disability. If there are no qualified applicants with a disability then we may rent to others. Will verify all income and asset sources for each adult household member. This includes all SSD or SSI payments (even to a parent for a child), child support, alimony, pensions, earned income, bank accounts, real estate and any other asset or income. Previous convictions for violence or drug related felonies are denials and are life-time considerations. Applicant will be denied if a rental or utility bill is currently due.
