Families
As of 5/2/24 - Currently we are working off waiting lists for our 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units. Our 3-bedroom waiting list is very extensive and currently all 3-bedroom units are occupied, so I do not have any openings in our 3-bedroom units.
Our 1 bedrooms are $735-$790, our 2 bed 1 bath are $810, our 2 bed 2 bath with W/D Hookups are $920 and our 3 bedrooms 2 bath W/D Hookups are $1005.
If you are interested in getting onto a waiting list, please go ahead and fill out an application that is located in the white box outside of our office. If we are not in the office, go ahead and drop it into the Rent Drop Box.
All applicants must go through these steps in order to be approved:
pass background and credit screening
income requirements of 3x monthly rent or Section 8 Voucher
$14.00 Money Order Fee (Application Fee)
copies of valid DL & SS Card
