Paquin’s 200, newly renovated, efficiency and one-bedroom apartments designated for persons with disabilities and seniors aged 55 and older, are all ADA-Accessible with plenty of room to maneuver. Paquin Park, located behind the building, offers accessible garden space where residents tend everything from watermelons to water lilies. Utilities are provided and affordable CenturyLink cable television is available. Paquin Tower is smoke-free and includes a computer lab, exercise room, community room, & craft room. Small pets allowed.
