Hours of Operation: Normal Hours 8 am to 5 pm M, T, Th, F and 9 am to 5 pm W. They continue to honor appointments and accept walk-ins.
The MWA program helps Temporary Assistance recipients become ready for a job, get real work experience, find employment, and keep a job. MWA services are provided through community agencies in 10 regions and the City of St. Louis. The MWA program will help you complete an Individual Employment Plan (IEP), which is your personalized roadmap to help you earn money to care for your family on your own. The goal of the program is to help you find and keep employment.
The MWA team is available to help you by phone or at your local resource center. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8a.m.-5p.m.. You can schedule an appointment at your local resource center for the quickest service. You can also visit mydss.mo.gov any day, any time to check the status of your benefits, report a change, apply for help, or start a chat to get answers to your basic questions.
