Clarity Healthcare is a community health center, providing health care for individuals and families. They provide a variety of primary care services, and take a comprehensive approach to health care, providing services that focus on whole-person care.
Our Stephens Lake Clinic's focus is primary care, so like any doctor's office we offer preventative care, women's health, sick visits, assistance in managing chronic conditions, etc.
We also offer dental services at our Berrywood location 3407 Berrywood Dr. Ste. 200, their hours are the same,and their phone number is 573-449-0045.
If you do not have medical or dental coverage, Clarity offers a discounted sliding fee structure based on federal poverty guidelines for individuals and families who qualify.
We will also work with our team of insurance Navigators to assist those uninsured patients with getting enrolled in healthcare plans that fit their needs.
