The City of Columbia has a budget billing program that is available to all City of Columbia utility customers.
The Budget Billing program helps customers even out their energy costs by paying the same amount each month. Applications may be submitted during the month of March only. To be eligible you must have a 12-month billing history at your current location and be current in your utility payments. You may participate in the budget billing program by submitting your application online at www.como.gov/utilities/ucs or completing the application form and returning it to: City of Columbia, P. O. Box 1676, Columbia, MO 65205.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Drive Thru and Drop Box are located behind the building.
