Home Rehab and Energy Efficiency Program
The purpose of the program is to bring existing homes within the City of Columbia up to property maintenance standards, make homes more livable and efficient, and strengthen neighborhoods. Provides up to $35,000 in rehabilitation with repayment deferred until title transfer. Income guidelines apply.
