ParentLink’s WarmLine is your direct access to family strengthening information and support:
Visit with professionals who can assist you in thinking through solutions to your parenting concerns.
Obtain community service and other resource information.
Family Support Specialists offer problem-solving support, research-based information, and referrals to services. In areas of the state where we have funding to do so, we also offer follow-up calls to ensure that families get connected with needed resources. During follow-up we help families problem-solve any barriers to accessing services and provide additional information and referrals as needed.
