Monday thru Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Clinic Hours
Monday: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. & 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Phoenix Programs is accredited through CARF International and their mission is to provide effective treatment for those seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
Their services include, detox, case management, vocational support, group counseling, group education, individual counseling and assessments. Programs are available for outpatient, residential, veterans and families.
Rent Assistance when funding is available, is typically limited to homelessness prevention, either in the form of eviction prevention or re-housing for the unsheltered.
