Missouri Connections
Missouri Connections is a comprehensive, online, career development and planning program that is provided free of charge to all Missouri citizens. Missouri Connections promotes lifelong learning and includes assessment, career and college planning and financial aid resources. It provides resources for middle schools, high schools, post-secondary institutions, as well as for agencies serving adult populations, such as employment offices, vocational rehabilitation programs and correctional facilities.
Adults can use Missouri Connections
Take assessments to find your personal interests, work values, and skills and connect them to occupations.
Explore over 570 specific occupations.
Learn about training and occupations in all branches of the military.
Take the Entrepreneurial Career Assessment to see if Self-Employment is right for you.
Learn about colleges, universities and other postsecondary institutions.
Learn how savings, grants, scholarships and loans work together to fund your education.
Learn tips and skills for interviewing and job finding.
Learn how to create a resume.
To set up a portfolio
Access Missouri Connections at workforce.missouriconnections.org
Click on “I want to explore careers”.
Click on “Create My Portfolio” in the green box upper right.
Fill in required fields and submit.
Be sure to save your username and password for future use.
Students can use Missouri Connections

Access Missouri Connection’s at www.missouriconnections.org . Students may sign in as a guest but must go through their local high school if they wish to set up an account that will allow them to store their portfolio.
