One, two, and three-bedroom units; price based on income.
Applications must be filled out in the office
Required documentation: Birth certificate, social security card, and ID for everyone that will be in the unit.
Anyone over 18 must also be present and fill out their own application.
Accepts Columbia Housing Authority vouchers (Section 8) on 3-bedroom units ONLY.
Typically, a waiting list for all units.
Hours: Mon-Fri 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
