MedZou Community Health Center only serves patients without insurance or patients who are waiting for their insurance coverage to begin. The clinic takes place every Monday (specialty clinics) and Thursday (general health and physicals) evenings from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Note: There are no walk-ins for speciality clinics and that patients are required to be referred to those clinics
New Patients:
• If you qualify, MedZou will then call you to schedule your visit.
• The best number for new patients to call to schedule appointments is (573) 356-2499.
• Please bring the following to your appointment:
o Photo ID (if available).
o List of all your current medications.
o Income information (example: proof of food stamps, proof of unemployment, last month’s wage statement, last year’s tax return). This information may help you obtain expensive medications for free through the Patient Assistance Programs offered by drug companies.
Returning Patients:
• To schedule an appointment, please call 573-356-2499.
• Please bring a list of your current medications and income information.
Prescription assistance offered:
• Free pharmacy consultation on prescription medications.
• Free generic medications from Hy-Vee on West Broadway, and a Patient Assistance Program that helps patients obtain expensive, name-brand medications for free.
