Richland Heights has two phases that are not connected with thru streets. Phase 1 is located south of Hominy Branch Creek and is accessible off of St. Charles Road. Phase 2 is located north of Hominy Branch Creek and is accessible off of I-70 Drive by turning onto Glenstone Dr or Hillsdale Rd. Phase 1 has private streets maintained by park management and Phase 2 has public streets maintained by the city of Columbia. Storm shelter for weather related emergencies.
