Community Health Center of Central Missouri accepts most major insurances and Medicaid. Uninsured (emergency services only) and underinsured patients are asked to complete a sliding fee application prior to service. Lowest co-pay for sliding scale is $20 per visit.
Appointments are necessary for non-emergency patients, but true emergency patients are given priority. Please call main number for an appointment: 573-632-2777
