Mark Twain Behavioral Health (MTBH) is a private not-for-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving our community of Northeast Missouri since 1975. MTBH is governed by a volunteer board of directors living throughout our fourteen-county area, which includes the counties of Adair, Audrain, Clark, Knox, Lewis, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, Schuyler, Scotland, and Shelby. In July 2021, Turning Point Recovery Centers joined our team. This addition has allowed us to broaden our array of services and increased our community footprint.
MTBH provides a wide range of services for youth, adults, couples, and families which include, but are not limited to:
Access Crisis Intervention (24-Hour Crisis Service)
Adolescent Diversion Program (ADEP)
Clinical Intervention Program (CIP)
Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (Case Management)
Consultation and Educational Services (Community and School)
Educational and Supportive Groups
Emergency Room Enhancement Program (ERE)
Individual, Couples and Family Therapy
Offender Education Program (OEP)
Psychiatry and Medication Management
SATOP
Serial Inebriate Program (SIP)
Specialty Services
Substance Use Social Detoxification (Detox)
Substance Use Treatment
Weekend Intervention Program (WIP)
