Campuses in Boonville, Clinton, Eldon, Lake of the Ozarks, Sedalia, Warsaw, Whiteman AFB and online. SFCC offers Skills and Professional Certificates, Associate of Applied Science degrees, Associated of Arts, Associates of Fine Arts, Associates of Arts in Teaching, and Associates of Science in Chemistry and Engineering degrees for transferring to four-year colleges and universities.

SFCC offers an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. This program provides hands-on experience in patient assessment and treatment, from cleaning teeth and looking for signs of oral disease to educating patients.  Accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Graduates are eligible to take the National Dental Hygiene Board Exam, practical skills examination and the Missouri Jurisprudence exam required for licensure in Missouri. This program is offered on the Sedalia campus.
